Children policy: Children up to 4 years-old stay for free if they sleep in their parents bed. If the child is 12 on the day of departure, it is considered as a full cost guest.

Pet policy: The fee for the animal is 100 PLN per day.

Parking - information: Parking at the Hotel is free of charge (subject to availability, reservations not possible). Paid parking is available along Kasprowicza and Kościuszki streets. The parking fee is valid from Monday to Friday.

Cancellation terms and conditions: In order to guarantee a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the booking value is required to be made via the online payment system or through providing the credit card details to the Hotel. In the event of a cancellation or failure to show up at the hotel on the day of arrival, the prepayment will be forfeited.
