Children policy: Children up to 4 years-old stay for free if they sleep in their parents bed. If the child is 12 on the day of departure, it is considered as a full cost guest.

Parking - information: Parking at the Hotel is free of charge (subject to availability, reservations not possible). Paid parking is available along Kasprowicza and Kościuszki streets. The parking fee is valid from Monday to Friday.

Cancellation terms and conditions: Automatic prepayments are required in accordance with the payment plan. We will send reminders for scheduled payments due to the e-mail address provided at the time of booking at least 2 days before payment will be taken. All payments made are non-refundable. In the event of a missed payment, the hotel has a right to cancel the reservation.
