Hotel Diva Spa (hotel with a swimming pool in Kołobrzeg) obtained a sanitary certificate titled: "Healthy hotel". This means that our hotel exercises due diligence when implementing procedures to ensure safety:

• customers of the Diva Spa hotel
• employees of the Diva Spa hotel
• suppliers of the Diva Spa hotel

The "Healthy Hotel" certificate also specifies what to do if a guest or employee becomes infected with the coronavirus. In accordance with the requirements of the certificate, the Diva Spa Hotel in Kołobrzeg has a designated person acting as the Healthy Hotel Manager.

Safety when receiving guests at the hotel includes:

• obligation to wash or disinfect hands
• minimizing staff contact with guests to the minimum necessary
• ongoing observation of guests, staff and suppliers in terms of health condition

The rules for check-in and check-out of guests are:

• check-in of the guest only if his health condition is good
• possibility of refusing to check in a guest in case of any signs of illness
• shortening the check-in time to a minimum
• only one person at the reception counter, and the other guests at a distance of min. 2 meters
• use of cashless settlements and constant disinfection of the terminal
• placing hotel guests in rooms that are not adjacent to each other whenever possible

Disinfection in the hotel, i.e.:

• hand disinfection dispensers in key communication places in the hotel, e.g. near the elevators, in front of the restaurant, etc.
• special care for cleanliness at workplaces
• continuous disinfection of flat surfaces in common areas of the facility, as well as door handles, handrails, countertops, etc.
• disinfection of the hotel room before the guest's arrival
• keeping ventilation and air conditioning filters clean, filter disinfection
• washing and disinfection of all equipment made available to guests immediately after use, e.g. iron, bicycle

Standards regarding hotel operation:

• posting sanitary instructions in the hotel
• min. 2 meters distance between employees and guests
• developing procedures to minimize contact between hotel staff
• cleaning of the rented room at the guest's request during his absence
• note: towels and bedding are washed at a temperature of min. 60 degrees Celsius!

What if disturbing symptoms are detected in a guest, employee or supplier?:

1. Request to contact a doctor immediately. Own transport or 112.
2. The Diva Spa Hotel has a dedicated room for isolating a person with suspected illness while waiting for the arrival of the appropriate services.
3. Immediate disinfection of areas where a person suspected of coronavirus arrived.
4. Identifying the area where the guest stayed and establishing possible contacts with hotel employees.

IMPORTANT: Hotel Diva Spa keeps documentation related to both guests and employees who enter the hotel premises.
